Ode to a Spectrally Neutral CRISM Image
by: Zanzibar

If my tears could fall on Mars
They would wash away the rust
The broken dreams, the finer things (by which I mean the dust)
Lake bottom sediments and desert pediments would change by alteration
My past mistakes and closed-basin lakes be erased by denudation
But each tear by birth is trapped on Earth, so my Monday here is mirthless
For I found a well-placed CRISM image, with all its dust-filled pixels worthless.
