I've filled out countless applications, but I was also not 21 yet. Now that I am, its opened up much more {convenience stores and casinos} so I'll be applying there. as for the license, I'm just a really big procrastinator. at 16 when I got my permit, I was in no rush. then at 18 I moved out on my own to a different state and I didn't have a car to use to get my license. I was supposed to get it when I got back here, but we got in a car accident and it costs more to fix the car than the whole value of the car.
