So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.

So beautiful, so mysterious! In other news, I've been having a fun couple of weeks-- went to Maine for a weekend, went to Washington, DC for a weekend, just chillin', you know, relaxin' to the max. On Tuesday I went to ballroom class and learned the merengue. We also learned a lovely waltz sequence in the intermediate class. I was on my feet dancing for a good two hours straight! Speaking of meringue, I just got back from my second cake decorating class. We all had to make a whole cake and mix up our own buttercream frosting. Mine was a little lumpy owing to the lack of electric beaters (or anything more sophisticated than a spoon). But we learned to make the world-famous Wilton Rose... so I put them on my cake. Back to dunes on Mars! 8 Comments. Mars is very mysterious... » Nuttz on 2008-06-27 12:32:06 Ooooh. You know what I think would be a pretty cool thing for them to do on mars? Since they've decided the soil is capable of supporting life (asparagus, the article said?) , send up something and plant it. Oooh, a cake decorating class. I need to take one of those. » ikimashokie on 2008-06-27 08:46:40 Right now, we are about 3113 miles of road apart. When I move to San Diego, we will only be 2984 miles apart. I'm inching closer and closer and one day we will be together again! Oh yes, we will. Even if we're 90 years old and gawking at that hot 60 year old dude who lives across the street. » ranor on 2008-06-27 06:50:41 I definitely wish I was taking cool classes like you this summer. And going cool places. The only class I took was a PSAT class, and the only place I've gone is a 35 minute drive away... » bananaface on 2008-06-28 02:03:34 Nice Background! Love the new background. Now I am craving cake. J » Art4TheHomeless on 2008-06-28 04:05:45 Wow. You've taken me to Mars. Thanks. I love Zanzibar radio, btw. Not sure if I've ever told you. » Dilated on 2008-06-29 03:39:24 WOW! I always wanted to take a cake decorating class. We should make a Wilton Rose Covered dinosaur cake! YUM! » Rachel (71.196.160.141) on 2008-06-29 11:23:38 Ahhh thanks (: Ha, really, all support is appreciated. » Brutaly on 2008-06-29 09:16:58
